Who am I?

it stands for I - Agile Management of Information. In short, this is all my experience: guiding Agile (Scrum) teams and improving Information Management of companies with Business Intelligence & Analytics.  Furthermore it stands for an authentic and no nonsense approach.

Beliefs

I believe that companies should run smarter with more speed and flexibility (agility) than ever before, in order to maximize value, attract and retain customers and where it’s a  great place to work.

Agility

Being Agile is very important to be flexible, fast and succesfully work together. I believe this is not a trend, but here to stay and that interaction models like Scrum, DevOps or SAFe can help you in becoming more Agile.

With Business Intelligence & Analytics, I know it is possible to do things smart and I believe we should do things even smarter. I can support companies with defining a data-driven approach, to improve processes and boost performance.

I believe there should always be room for the human touch, for people instead of human resources and that having fun at what you do is important to succeed.

COACHING TEAMS

With my experience of coaching around ten Scrum teams, I learned this in practice. A Team (Together Everyone Achieves More) is stronger than any individual, hence I often use a Team approach, like Scrum.
